– Prepare the lips by gently scrubbing them with a scrub.
– For the best effect, underline the lips with a matte contour pencil.
– Apply a thin layer of Matte Paradox on the entire surface of the lips.
– Let the paint cure for 30 seconds and intensify until an opaque finish is achieved.
