Wash in the washing machine at 60°C and air dry. You can also soak them with gall soap or salt before washing them. Germs are reliably removed in the washing machine from 60°C, so you don’t have to worry. After washing and drying, the cloth pads are hygienically clean again. Unhygienic? No, quite the opposite!
