Refunds and Returns Policy

Glamlips.ch grants the customer a voluntary right of withdrawal. The customer is entitled to revoke his declaration of intent to conclude the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of the goods in text form (e.g. letter or email) or by returning the goods. The period begins on the day the goods are received by the recipient. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods on time. The revocation in text form must be sent to:

The customer bears the burden of proof for returning the goods.

In the event of an effective cancellation, we must reimburse you for the payments you have made and reimburse any necessary useful effort you may have made on the matter. You are obliged to return the goods to us and pay us an appropriate fee for their use, including compensation for any associated reduction in the fair value. You can avoid this obligation to compensate for the reduction in value for deterioration caused by the use of the item by not using the item as your own property within the withdrawal period and refraining from anything that impairs its value. Even if the item is used as intended, a 100% reduction in value can occur during the withdrawal period.

The costs and risk of returning the goods must be borne by you, unless the goods delivered do not correspond to those ordered.

Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your cancellation notice or the delivered goods, and for us when we receive them.

If there is no right of withdrawal, you will have to bear the costs of returning and re-sending.

RETURN/WARRANTY/REPAIRS JEWELRY

Returns: We attach great importance to only delivering new and unused gemstones. Due to customers’ increasing use of gemstones for their energetic effects and testing, the company generally refrains from taking back items for energetic reasons. Therefore, there is no right of exchange or return. This is to ensure that customers only receive high-quality and unused products. It is certainly in your interest to only receive new and unused gemstones that have not been worn or tried on by other people.

Guarantee: Minor breaks or damage such as cracks, cavities or inclusions in the stones and minerals are natural and no claim for compensation applies! In the event of defects or cracked gemstone bracelets, including those with elastic bands, there is generally no right to replacement, guarantee or return. To ensure the longevity of your bracelet, please avoid moisture, wearing in the shower and contact with cleaning products.
