It is certainly in your interest to only receive new and unused gemstones that have not been worn or tried on by other people.
Warranty: Minor breaks or damage such as cracks, cavities or inclusions in the stones and minerals are natural and no claim for compensation applies! In the event of defects or cracked gemstone bracelets, including those with elastic bands, there is generally no right to replacement, guarantee or return.
